Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that Capital Investment, affiliated to Kuwait Finance House’s (KFH) portfolio, has sold 32.78 million shares in Gulf Investment House (GIH) for a total value of about KWD 557,360.

The average selling price in this transaction stood at KWD 0.017, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.

It is noteworthy that KFH acquires a stake of 20% in GIH which has a capital of KWD 16.42 million distributed on 164.20 million shares.

At the stock level, GIH closed Tuesday’s session 1.69% higher at 18 fils.
